I have been dead for so long now, chasing a dream that I so believed in and still do. But I allowed it to consume me to dictate my person and along the way I lost my self. The road back is a hard one even if you have the tools to do it with. My heart was dull my spirit nearly broken and my belief shaken. Now in this New Year I am feeling slowly awoken. I do not why nor do I want to know, just want to trust this feeling and let it grown within me. I . . . . . .

The journey forward is personal but also collective, the more we include those that can enable us the more cohesive and stronger the path will be. But who are the leaders that will safely guide us forward in our collective energy which will unite the world? I can only imagine how many times I have told myself that this is an ‘end of an era’ or even written it, as evidence, as a kind of proof, proclaiming the same thing. The opportunities to be inspired into action that will help us grow and live in true representation of our selves. We say we want to be a part of it, we get so exciting about it, but when it comes time to commit everything in the book comes out to avoid it. I live by 3 things, believe in something, act on it and commit to that action. Believe act commit in order to accomplish the desired result, avoiding, sides stepping and ignoring does not lead you to desired outcome. The ability to lead is not a given right, but earned through experience strength, patients, belief, value and Character. The earned right to be a leader is in the approach of courage, understanding, and ability to speak to the issue at hand while being true to the company and co-workers. Someone who throws their weight around and dictates to others what they should do is not a leader, but a dictator. The Leaders that you want to follow are ones who have walked the road them selves and understand the journey. They also understand the people who taught them along . . . . . .
